Brittany Hurd is a results-driven nonprofit and education leader with a deep commitment to student success, equity, and alumni engagement. As the Chief Alumni Officer at Beyond Breakthrough, she leads innovative career exploration and postsecondary success programs, serving over 3,000 Breakthrough Public Schools graduates. Under her leadership, alumni engagement has increased by 70% in just two years, and the Beyond Breakthrough team has expanded to provide comprehensive support from middle school through early career stages.

With over a decade of experience in education leadership, Brittany has held key roles in nonprofit management, coaching strategy, and school leadership. As Executive Director at Achievement Network, she built and maintained strategic partnerships with districts and schools across six states, helping schools improve student proficiency in math and reading.

Brittany’s expertise spans strategic planning, curriculum design, and community engagement. She has successfully scaled career awareness initiatives, cultivated strong partnerships, and coached school leaders to drive student achievement. Her career began as a Teach For America corps member in Tulsa, where she later became a teacher and school leader at KIPP Tulsa, demonstrating a strong track record of improving student outcomes.
