As the Market Leader for Cleveland West, Adam is responsible for leading the client experience, performance, and service efforts of Key Private Bank’s regional team. He drives collaboration efforts between Key Private Bank’s national experts, market area offices, and business partners-ensuring an exceptional client and employee experience.

Prior to joining Key, Adam served as the Enterprise Sales Manager for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, where he developed and led a team of Wealth Management Bankers while still producing individually. Adam started the unit and developed the team until they were serving the banking and lending needs of Merrill’s clients across four states.

Adam serves on the board of Hope for the Homeless CLE as the treasurer and is co-chair of the DE&I committee dedicated to attracting and developing diverse talent for Key Wealth.

In his private time, Adam spends time with his four adult children and his wife. He enjoys hiking, reading, and boating.
